On the other hand, if you think about it again, if you want to go back to Burma? If you want to move to another country, what will happen is something to think about. If we stay in Thailand, there will be nothing, but those who have to leave Myanmar because they are not comfortable at all or those who want to move somewhere else need to start thinking.

One thing to be aware of is that pink card processing is not an instant thing. It can take at least 1 to 3 months, and for those who do CI book without Passport, it can take at least 9 months.

It's good to know the process of the pink card. The company owner or the boss will submit an application with a list of names to the Ministry of Labor to register pink cards for his employees. After being approved, the process is not yet over. You can continue to follow the Department of Labor process for rights such as medical examination for health and chronic diseases. If there is any disease, the employee needs to take medicine. Recheck for the disease, and then when there are no more diseases, the employee needs to claim health insurance. This is done for the rights an employee deserves. If you get sick while working, you can show up for free and be treated. After all this, the pink card processing can be considered a success.

After processing everything, you will have the following evidence:

• Work permit paper (or) card
• Pink card
• CI book (or) Passport

The validity of the work permit is 2 years. The pink card's validity is 10 years. The work permit and Pink card should always be once. Without a work permit, the pink card does not mean anything. Whether your passport is pv or pj, you can claim the pink card with your passport.

ဘတ်ဖွင့်ဖို့အဆိုတင်သွင်းတာ အောင်မြင်ပြီဆိုလို့သာ ဘာမှန်းသေချာ မသိပေမယ့် ပျော်ကြရတာပါပဲ။ အားလုံး နာလည်ထားတာကတော့ ထိုင်းမှာ တရားဝင် အလုပ်လုပ်ခွင့်နဲ့ နေထိုင်ခွင့် ရတော့မယ်ပေါ့။ မှန်ပါတယ် ဘတ်ရိုက်တာရဲ့ အဓိကအဖြေကတော့ တရားဝင် အလုပ်လုပ်ခွင့်နဲ့ နေထိုင်ခွင့်ပါ။

တစ်ဖက်မှာ ပြန်စဥ်းစားရင် ဘတ်ရိုက်တာတော့ ဟုတ်ပြီ မြန်မာပြည်ကို ပြန်ချင်ရင်ရော? တခြား နိုင်ငံကို ကူးချင်ရင်ရော ဘာတွေ ဖြစ်သွားမလဲ ဆိုတဲ့အရာတွေက စဥ်းစားစရာပါ။ ကိုယ်က ထိုင်းမှာပဲ နေမယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ ဘာမှ မဖြစ်ပေမယ့် မြန်မာပြည်မှာ လုံးဝအဆင်မပြေတော့လို့ မဖြစ်မနေ ထွက်လာရတဲ့သူတွေ၊ တခြားတစ်နေရာရာကို ကူးချင်တဲ့သူတွေအတွက်တော့ ထည့်စဥ်းစားဖို့ လိုလာပါပြီ။

ဆိုတော့ ဘတ်ရိုက်တယ်ဆိုတာကို နည်းနည်း အသေးစိတ်လေး လေ့လာကြည့်ရအောင်ပါ။ ဘတ်ရိုက်တယ်ဆိုတာ အတိုပြောရရင် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံကို အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် အထောက်အထားမဲ့ ရောက်လာတယ် အလုပ်လာလုပ်တဲ့သူတွေကို ပေးတဲ့ အလုပ်လုပ်ခွင့်နဲ့ နေထိုင်ခွင့်ပါ။ အထောက်အထားမဲ့ ရောက်လာတာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် အထောက်အထား အပြည့်အစုံနဲ့ ရောက်လာတာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ဘတ်ရိုက်လို့ ရပါတယ်။

အဲ့တော့ ဘတ်ရိုက်လို့ ပြောတဲ့အခါ အကြောင်းအရာ (၃) ခု ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။ ပထမတစ်ခုက အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့်၊ နောက်တစ်ခုက နေထိုင်ခွင့်နဲ့ နောက်တစ်ခုက နိုင်ငံကူးခွင့်ပါ။ အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့်ကို စာရွက် (သို့) ကဒ်နဲ့ ပေးပါတယ်။ နေထိုင်ခွင့်အတွက်ကတော့ ပန်းရောင်ကဒ် ပေးပါတယ်။ နိုင်ငံကူးခွင့်ကတော့ passport ရှိရင် passport PJ, passport မရှိရင် CI စာအုပ် ထုတ်ပေးပါတယ်။

ပြန်ချုပ်ရရင် ဘတ်ရိုက် နဲ့ဆို အလုပ်လုပ်ခွင့်နဲ့ နေထိုင်ခွင့် ရမယ်။ CI စာအုပ် ရှိပြီဆိုရင်တော့ ထိုင်း-မြန်မာ နှစ်နိုင်ငံကူးလို့ ရပါပြီ။ မှတ်ထားရမှာ CI စာအုပ်သည် ထိုင်း-မြန်မာ နှစ်နိုင်ငံသာ အကြုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။ တစ်ခြားနိုင်ငံ ထွက်လို့မရပါဘူး။ Passport နဲ့ ဘတ်ရိုက်တဲ့သူတွေကတော့ ရှင်းတယ် ဘတ်ရိုက်တော့ အလုပ်လုပ်ခွင့်နဲ့ နေထိုင်ခွင့် ရှိမယ်၊ နိုင်ငံကူးဖို့ ကိုယ့် passport ကိုပဲ သုံးလို့ရမယ် ထိုင်း-မြန်မာ နှစ်နိုင်ငံတည်း မဟုတ်ဘူး တခြားနိုင်ငံတွေပါ visa လျှောက် ကူးလို့ရမယ်။

တစ်ခု သိထားရမှာက ဘတ်ရိုက်တာက ချက်ချင်းကြီး ပြီးသွားတဲ့အရာတော့ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အနည်းဆုံး ၁ လကနေ ၃ လအထိ ကြာနိုင်ပြီးတော့ Passport မရှိပဲနဲ့ CI စာအုပ်လုပ်တဲ့သူတွေကတော့ အနည်းဆုံး ၉ လအထိ ကြာနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဘတ်ရိုက်တဲ့ ဖြစ်စဥ်လည်း သိထားတာ ကောင်းပါတယ်။ Company ပိုင်ရှင် (သို့) သူဌေးက သူ့ဝန်ထမ်းတွေကို ဘတ်ရိုက်ဖို့ အလုပ်သမားဝန်ကြီးဌာနကို နာမည်စာရင်းနဲ့ လျှောက်လွှာတင်မယ်။ Approved ဖြစ်တာနဲ့ မပြီးသေးပါဘူး ဒီအလုပ်သမားတွေရဲ့ ကျန်းမာရေး၊ အခွင့်အရေးတွေအတွက် အလုပ်သမားဌာနရဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အတိုင်း ဆက်လက် လုပ်ဆောင်ရပါတယ်။ ကျန်းမာရေးအတွက် ဆေးစစ်တယ်၊ ဆီး၊ သွေး၊ ဘီပိုး၊ ဆစ်ဖလစ်၊ နာတာရှည်စတဲ့ရောဂါတွေ ရှိ/မရှိ စစ်ရတယ်။ ရောဂါတစ်ခုခုရှိရင် ဆေးပေး၊ ဆေးသောက်ပြန်လုပ်ရ၊ ပြန်စစ်ရနဲ့ အချိန်ထပ်ပေးရပါတယ်။ ပြီးရင် ကျန်းမာရေးအာမခံ လုပ်ပေးပါတယ်။ ဒါက အလုပ်သမားတစ်ယောက် ရသင့်ရထိုက်တဲ့ အခွင့်အရေးအတွက် လုပ်ပေးတာပါ။ အလုပ်လုပ်ရင်း ကျန်းမာရေးမကောင်းခဲ့ရင် အခမဲ့ပြသ၊ ကုသခွင့်ရပါတယ်။ ဒါတွေအားလုံးပြီးမှ ဘတ်ရိုက်တာ အောင်မြင်ပြီလို့ မှတ်လို့ရပါတယ်။

ဘတ်ရိုက်လို့ အားလုံးပြီးစီးသွားရင်တော့ အောက်က အထောက်အထားတွေ ရှိလာမှာပါ -

• Work Permit စာရွက် (သို့မဟုတ်) ကတ်ပြား
• ပန်းရောင်ကတ်
• CI စာအုပ် (သို့မဟုတ်) Passport စာအုပ်

နောက်တစ်ခုက Work Permit သက်တမ်းက ၂ နှစ်ပေးပါတယ်။ ပန်းရောင်ကတ်က ကတ်ပြားသက်တမ်း ၁၀နှစ်ပါ။ ပန်းရောင်ကတ်နဲ့ work permit က တွဲနေရမှပါ။ work permit မရှိဘဲနဲ့ ပန်းရောင်ကတ်နဲ့ အလုပ်မလုပ်ပဲ နေပဲနေမယ် ဆိုတာမျိုး မရပါဘူး။ Passport PV ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ PJ ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ဘတ်ရိုက်လို့ ရပါတယ်။။
