သက်တမ်းတိုးတာ walk in နဲ့ e-extension ဘာကွာလို့လဲ?

Many people answer this question in community groups. The most common answer is to extend the walk-in up to 3 times and then extend the rest with e-extension. It is not a walk-in or e-extension that decides whether the extension is a success or not. In a sense, if you can extend 5 times by e-extension, you can also extend 5 times by walking in. Some of them think that after 3 walk-in extensions, they can't get it at all by walk-in and will get it with an e-extension. But if the number of walk-in extensions increases, why do they say to extend by the e-extension?
Walk in
That's why we need to know the details of walk-in and e-extension. In the walk-in extension, if you are in Bangkok, you have to go to the Government Complex by yourself. Fill out the forms. You have to get the token and wait. When it's your turn to get your token number, you'll sit in front of them, and they'll check the documents we've submitted right in front of you. If the documents are correct, pay the extension fee, and the extension will be considered successful. If you go early in the morning, the extension will be completed before 12 noon. If you are late, you will spend the whole day until the evening.
E-extension
For E-extension, fill out forms from an online website, attach files, and pay the extension fees. After checking the submitted documents, they will let you know if it is successful or failed by mail. On the day of the extension, you can print out the documents and go to the office to extend without having to wait.
Looking at this, the difference is that 1) checking your submitted documents in front of you and checking online (without you) and 2) spending time on immigration and not spending much time on immigration.
I think we have seen enough of the question, Why is it said to extend by e-extension? The main reason is that if you extend it by walking in, they're checking your documents in front of you, so they can ask any relevant questions if they want to. They might complain to you that you've already made a lot of extensions or like showing off power (I can't speak Thai, so just assume...) because there might be a lot of genes. In the case of e-extension, you usually get a reply by email only.
So, they can't ask you any more questions. That's why if the number of extensions increases, they say to extend by e-extension. Another thing is that it saves time. ဆိုတော့ walk in တိုးတာနဲ့ e-extension တိုးတာကို အသေးစိတ် သိဖို့လိုလာပါတယ်။ Walk in တိုးတာကတော့ ဘန်ကောက်ဆိုရင် Government Complex ကို ကိုယ်တိုင် သွားရမယ်။ Form တွေဖြည့်မယ်။ တိုကင်ယူပြီးစောင့်ရမယ်။ ကိုယ့်တိုကင် နံပါတ်အလှည့်ရောက်တာနဲ့ သူတို့ရှေ့ သွားထိုင်မယ် ကျနော်တို့ တင်သွင်းတဲ့ စာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေကို ကျနော်တို့ ရှေ့တည့်တည့်မှာ စစ်ဆေးမယ်။ စာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေ မှန်ကန်ပါတယ်ဆိုမှ သက်တမ်းတိုးခ ပိုက်ဆံပေးပြီး သက်တမ်းတိုးတာ အောင်မြင်ပြီ မှတ်လို့ရပြီ။ မနက်အစောကြီးသွားတယ်ဆိုရင် နေ့လည် ၁၂ မထိုးခင် သက်တမ်းတိုးတာ ပြီးမယ်။ နောက်ကျသွားတယ်ဆိုရင် ညနေ လောက်အထိ တစ်နေကုန် အချိန်ကုန်မယ်။
E-extension
E-extension ကတော့ online website ကနေ form တွေဖြည့်မယ် file တွေတွဲတင်မယ် ပိုက်ဆံရှင်းမယ်။ တင်သွင်းတဲ့ စာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေ စစ်ဆေးပြီးမှ အောင်မြင်တယ်/မအောင်မြင်ဘူး ပြန်ပြောမယ်။ သက်တမ်းတိုးမယ့်နေ့မှ စာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေကို print ထုတ်ပြီးတော့ ရုံးကို သွားပြီး စောင့်နေစရာမလိုပဲနဲ့ သက်တမ်းတိုးလို့ရမယ်။

အဲ့ဒါကြောင့် အကြိမ်အရေအတွက် များလာရင် e-extension တိုးပါပြောတာ။ နောက်တစ်ခုက အချိန်ကုန်လည်း သက်သာတယ်။ သိထားရမှာ တစ်ခုက e-extension တိုးရင် အရစ်မခံရဘူး၊ အချိန်ကုန်သက်သာတယ် မှန်တယ် အဲ့အစား အွန်လိုင်း ဝန်ဆောင်ခအနေနဲ့ ပိုက်ဆံ ပိုပေးရပါတယ်။
