Tourist visa E-extension အွန်လိုင်း ဘိုကင်ယူ တိုးနည်း

You can extend your TR visa by walk-in or e-extension (online). In this article, we're going to focus on the e-extension. If you book online, the advantage is that you don't need to fill out your form and wait in the queue in the immigration office. Because the tasks can be done online in advance. The point is that immigration is no longer time-consuming. But if you pay online, you need to have mobile banking (you don't need to be your account), and you'll need to pay a service fee.

The service fee is as follows:

• Regular Service fee: 500 THB to get your e-extension decision within the next 7 business days.
• Express Service fee: 1,500 THB to get your e-extension decision within the next 3 business days.
• Super urgent service fee: 5,000 THB You can also apply for a super urgent service to get your e-Extension decision within the next day (only business day).

You can go to the Government Complex or IT Square (Laksi), wherever you prefer. For GC, you have to go to the 3rd floor. For government Complex maps, click on the link. IT Square Laksi maps click for the link.

If you want to extend online, you must first go to click on the link and sign up with your email. After signing up, log in with the one-time password OTP sent to your email. If you click on New Booking, the information to be filled will appear.

There are 7 pages to fill in.

Page 1 In Eligibility Criteria, you need to select your country, visa type, and visa expiration date. There are express and super urgent service types. Choose whichever you prefer. After that, you have to choose which city you want to extend to.
Pages 2 and 3 On this page, you must fill in the applicant's passport information.
Page 4 You must fill in your travel history. On what day did you arrive? From which airport did you come?
Page 5 You must fill in the address on TM 30.

Then you have to upload the required documents

• Passport cover page
• Passport bio page
• Visa stamp pages
• Embassy endorsement
• TM30
• 4*6 " photo with a white background

On page 6, you have to choose which day you want to extend.
Page 7 After depositing the total of 2,400 baht, a deposit receipt will be sent to your email.

After applying, if the information you filled in is incorrect, you will receive an email asking you to correct the incorrect information. If it is correct, you will be asked to re-select the date to forward the email to the relevant immigration office. Select a date and send the email back. After that, you will receive a confirmation email that you have already made an appointment at the office. You must print out the attached email documents and sign them. No need to add anything.

You'll need the below documents in the immigration

• Papers printed from email attached
• Embassy endorsement
• Copy of TM 30 (must sign at the bottom of the paper)
• Copy of passport bio page, page with visa stamps (must sign at the bottom)

When you go to the immigration office, you don't need to join the queue. Once you enter the office and go to the information counter, you will be told which counter to wait at. Then they will call you to take a photo scan. A visa sticker will be attached to your passport. Then you can get back. It only takes 15 minutes at the office.

Tourist visa သက်တမ်းတိုးတာကို walk in (သို့) E-extension နဲ့ တိုးလို့ရပါတယ်။ ဒီတစ်ခါတော့ e-extension တိုးနည်းကို အဓိကထား ပြောပါမယ်။ အွန်လိုင်းကနေ ဘိုကင်ယူပြီး တိုးမယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ အားသာချက်အနေကတော့ walk-in တိုးတုန်းကလိုမျိုး immigration မှာ တိုကင်ယူ၊ ဖောင်ဖြည့် စောင့်ပြီး လုပ်ရမည့် အလုပ်တွေကို ကြိုတင်ပြီးတော့ အွန်လိုင်းက လုပ်ထားတဲ့ သဘောပါ။ သဘောက immigration မှာ အချိန် မကုန်တော့ဘူးပေါ့။ ဒါပေမယ့် အွန်လိုင်း တိုးရင် mobile banking (ကိုယ်ပိုင် banking account ဖြစ်ဖို့မလို) ရှိဖို့ လိုသလို ဝန်ဆောင်ခလည်း ပေးရပါတယ်။

ဝန်ဆောင်ခနဲ့ ကြာချိန် -

• Regular Service: ဘတ် ၅၀၀ ပေးရပြီးတော့ ရုံးတက်ရက် ၇ ရက်ကြာပါတယ်။
• Express Service: ဘတ် ၁၅၀၀ ပေးရပြီးတော့ ရုံးတက်ရက် ၃ ရက်ကြာပါတယ်။
• Super urgent service: ဘတ် ၅၀၀၀ ပေးရပြီးတော့ form တင်ပြီး နောက်ရက် ရပါတယ်။ (ရုံးတက်ရက်)

အွန်လိုင်းကနေ သက်တမ်းတိုးမယ်ဆိုရင် အရင်ဆုံးဒီထဲ လင့်နှိပ်ရန်။ ကို၀င်ပြီး အီးမေးလ်နဲ့ sign up လုပ်ရပါမယ်။ Sign up လုပ်ပြီးရင် မိမိရဲ့ အီးမေးလ်ကိုပို့လာတဲ့ one time password OTP နဲ့ ၀င်လိုက်ပါ။ New booking ကို နှိပ်လိုက်ရင် ဖြည့်ရမည့် အချက်အလက်တွေပေါ်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။

ဖြည့်စွက်ရမယ့် စာမျက်နှာ ၇ ခု ရှိပါတယ်။

စာမျက်နှာ ၁ Eligibility Criteria မှာက ကိုယ့်ရဲ့နိုင်ငံ၊ ဗီဇာအမျိုးအစား၊ ဗီဇာသက်တန်း နဲ့ service type မှာကတော့ express နဲ့ super urgent ဆိုပြီးရှိပါတယ်။ ပြီးရင်တော့ ဘယ်မြို့က လ၀ကမှာ တိုးချင်တာလဲဆိုတာရွေးရပါမယ်။
စာမျက်နှာ ၂ နဲ့ ၃ မှာတော့ လျှောက်ထားသူရဲ့ ပတ်စပို့မှာပါတဲ့အချက်အလက်‌တွေဖြည့်ရပါမယ်။
စာမျက်နှာ ၄ မှာတော့ ခရီးသွားရာဇဝင်ဖြည့်ရပါမယ်။ ဘယ်နေ့ကရောက်တာလဲ။ ဘယ်လေဆိပ်ကနေလာတာလဲဆိုတာတွေပါ။ စာမျက်နှာ ၅ ကတော့ TM 30 ပါ လိပ်စာကိုဖြည့်ပေးရပါမယ်။

စာမျက်နှာ ၆ ကတော့ ဘယ်ရက်မှာ သွားတိုးချင်တာလဲဆိုတာ ရွေးပေးရပါမယ်။
စာမျက်နှာ ၇ မှာတော့ ဘတ် ၁၉၀၀ + ၅၀၀ ပေါင်း ၂၄၀၀ သွင်းပြီးသွားရင် မိမိရဲ့အီးမေးထဲကို ငွေသွင်းပြေစာ၀င်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။

အဲသလို လျှောက်ပြီးရင်တော့ ကိုယ့်ဖြည့်ထားတဲ့အချက်အလက်တွေ မှားယွင်းနေရင် ဘယ်နေရာကမှားနေတယ် ပြန်ဖြည့်ပေးပါဆိုတဲ့ အီးမေးလ် ရောက်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။ မှန်တယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာလ၀ကရုံးကို အီးမေးလ် forward လုပ်ပေးဖို့အတွက် date ပြန်ရွေးခိုင်းပါလိမ့်မယ်။ date ရွေးပြီး အီးမေးလ်း ပြန်ပို့ပေးလိုက်ပါ။ ပြီးရင်တော့ လ၀ကရုံးမှာ ကြိုတင်ချိန်းဆိုပြီးတဲ့အကြောင်း confirmation email ၀င်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။ အဲဒီ့အီးမေးလ်းမှာ တွဲပါလာတဲ့စာရွက်တွေကို ပရင့်ထုတ်ပြီး လက်မှတ်ထိုးထားရပါမယ်။ ဘာမှထပ်ဖြည့်စရာမလိုပါဘူး။

ရုံးရောက်လျင် Q ယူစရာမလိုပါဘူး။ တခါတည်းရုံးထဲ၀င်သွားပြီး information counter မှာ ထပ်လိုက်ရင် ဘယ်ကောင်တာမှာ စောင့်ဖို့ ပြောပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ပြီးရင် ဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်ဖို့ခေါ်ပါမယ်။ မိမိရဲ့ပတ်စပို့မှာ visa စတစ်ကာလေးကပ်ပေးပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ဒါဆိုရင်တော့ ပြန်လို့ရပါပီ။ ၁၅ မိနစ်လောက်ပဲ ရုံးမှာကြာပါတယ်။
