If you want to apply for the Tourist visa yourself, you need to know how.

Online booking

In Yangon, you must first make an online appointment booking. Take it here. Be careful here: once you take the booking, you will no longer be able to cancel. Only you can get a new appointment after your first booking date has passed. If you enter the embassy, you can make the booking with a print, or you can just show the appointment email.

Flight tickets

After making the online booking, you need to prepare the documents. You will need a round-trip ticket. At least 14 days in total duration between the trip. When buying flight tickets, those who do not plan to return immediately might lose their return ticket fees if the ticket is non-refundable.

You can check whether the tickets are refundable or not by contacting the airline department or as well as in online websites. This is the Myanmar National Airline website. Some of Myanmar's payments are accepted. This is the FLY Myanmar website. You can pay with Myanmar Payment. You can ask about the refund policy via the Live Chat. If you are not sure about the travel date, you can just show the flight booking. You can get flight booking only in services like Agoda https://agoda.com. Print the tickets for the embassy.

Hotel Booking

The next requirement is the hotel booking. Take it from any cancellable online website. This is a very popular one called Agoda's Link. It's best to take the booking date to match your flight round trip durations. You can cancel up to 3 days before the booking date. Print the hotel booking confirmation File.

Visa Fee

If you don't have $50 for the visa fee, try to get one as soon as possible because it can be difficult to find one when the appointment date is near.

Bank Statement & Updated Bank Book

Other documents are the Bank Statement and the updated Bank Book. Your bank account must have at least 20 lakhs. It must be with your bank account except 18 years old. Any bank is allowed. It's ok to print the last 3 months of the bank statement. It is convenient to take the documents 3-5 days before entering the embassy. Take the Bank Statement Original File. Copy the updated Bank Book first page, which is the first name, account no, and the last transaction page.

General

You can print the Visa Application Form in advance. Form link A photo whose size is 3.5cm x 4.5cm with a white background. Take your NRC copy. Take your original passport. Take a screenshot of your online appointment booking or print it.

အွန်လိုင်းဘိုကင် ရပြီးသွားရင်တော့ စာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေ ပြင်ဆင်ဖို့ လိုပါမယ်။ လေယာဥ်လက်မှတ် အသွားအပြန် လိုပါမယ်။ အသွားနဲ့အပြန်ကြား ၁၄ ရက် အနည်းဆုံး ကွာခြားရပါမယ်။ ဒီနေရာမှာ အပြန်ကို ချက်ချင်းမပြန်ဖြစ်တဲ့သူတွေအတွက် လေယာဥ်လက်မှတ် ဝယ်တဲ့အခါ refundable ဖြစ်တဲ့ လက်မှတ်တွေ ဝယ်မှ ဆုံးရှုံးမှု နည်းမှာပါ။

Visa fee

ပြီးတော့ visa fee အတွက် USD $40 မရှိသေးရင် ကြိုတင် ရှာထားပါ။ ရက်နီးရင် ရှာရခက်/ ဈေးကြီးတတ်လို့ပါ။

Bank statement & updated bank book

နောက်တစ်ခုက Bank Statement နဲ့ Bank Book update လုပ်ရမှာပါ။ Bank ထဲမှာ သိန်း ၂၀ အနည်းဆုံး ရှိနေရပါမယ်။ အသက် ၁၈ နှစ်အောက်ကလွဲရင် ကိုယ့်အမည်ပေါက်နဲ့ bank account ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။ ဘယ် ဘဏ်ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ရပါတယ်။ Bank Statement ကိုတော့ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၃ လစာလောက် ထုတ်ခဲ့ရင် ရပါတယ်။ Bank Statement နဲ့ Bank Book ကိုတော့ သံရုံးမဝင်ခင် ၃-၅ အတွင်း ထုတ်ထားရင် အဆင်ပြေပါတယ်။ Bank Statement original file ကို ယူသွားပါ၊ update လုပ်ထားတဲ့ bank book ကိုတော့ ရှေ့ဆုံး နာမည်၊ account no. ပါတဲ့စာမျက်နှာနဲ့ နောက်ဆုံး စာမျက်နှာကို copy ယူသွားပါ။

Visa Application form ကို ကြိုတင် print ပြီးတော့ ဖြည့်ထားလို့ ရပါတယ်။ form ဒီမှာ ယူပါ။ form မှာ ကပ်ဖို့ (3.5cm x 4.5cm) size နောက်ခံအဖြူနဲ့ ဓါတ်ပုံ ၂ ပုံ လိုပါမယ်။ မှတ်ပုံတင် copy ယူသွားပါ။ Passport original ယူသွားပါ။ အွန်လိုင်း ဘိုကင် screen shot (သို့) print ထုတ် ယူသွားပါ။
